Advisors from ASU and  University of Arkansas Fort Smith have visited our campus already this month.

  • Patti Jo Mitchell, ASU Education Advisor, will be here every Thursday.  Her office hours will be posted at the ASU office in the ANC University Center.
  • Jessica Wilson, ASU Degree Center Financial Aid Advisor, will return to our campus April 20 from 10 until 2.  This will be the PERFECT opportunity to MAKE CERTAIN your FINANCIAL AID application to ASU is COMPLETED in time for the check to be disbursed  at the beginning of the fall semester rather than late in the semester.
  • Jim McGinnis, University of Arkansas’ Bachelor of Information Technology degree has advised students this month and we welcome our new UAFS students to the ANC University Center.
  • Kesha Smith is your extremely helpful ASU Degree Center Coordinator at ANC.  She is on the ANC campus Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week.  Contact her for an appointment at 870-780-1257 or keshasmith@astate.edu.
  • Candice Blankenship, ANC UC Instructional Facilitator, is here to wonderfully assist you Mondays through Fridays from 8am until 4:30pm.

Your University Center continues to GROW with FOUR great universities offering THIRTY bachelor degrees and THREE master degrees on our campus!!!  I honestly think we need to have a PEP RALLY with ALL FOUR universities!  We are so PROUD of YOU!!!  Special appreciation goes to all Arkansas Northeastern College staff and faculty for preparing the students for success in reaching their goals of completing bachelor and master degrees.

The primary mission of your ANC UC is to “build bridges for students”…the bridges are here for you with assistance along the way!

Patsy Smith, ANC University Center Coordinator since 1996
